What determines the productivity of the word as a seed sown is the quality of the soil i.e. hearts that receive it. Many focus solely on the minister however this is not consistent with the teachings of Jesus.
In the parable of the kingdom, the sower was the same, the seed was the same. What differentiated results was the type of soil it was sown into.
We focus on getting the “right sowers” thinking that is what will make all the difference. It is how well we plough the ground.
