Feeling entitled or being grateful, you cannot have both choose one.

Jesus taught we should not cast our pearls before the swine reason being the swine will act with no sense of gratitude rather will trample upon them and rend you. They end up attacking their very helpers, those sent by God to help them.

Jesus taught men to stop the flow of their “pearls” in the direction of a person when people give you the best they can offer and you in turn act “entitled” without a sense of gratitude. It breaks the heart of the Father.

Many things you desire God to do for you will only happen if men act towards you in a certain way. Think about that. Jesus counseled on how to have those prayers answered.

Matthew 7:11-12
“If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them:….”

When men therefore act towards you in a certain way that opens up something for you, that gives you a head start above others which is a form of blessing, don’t treat it with a sense of entitlement but with gratitude. That was God stepping into your space. Thank God and the person.

The world gets farther than us in certain matters because they honor their relationships better. Jesus taught they were wiser in their generation and this on managing relationships.

They recognize a lot happens through relationships and know that the organization/structure required to succeed is a network of relationships. The bigger the net the bigger the catch.
