3 things to do if you are facing a test today.
In times of testing, our adversary satan walks about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. The fact that the scripture says he roars makes you understand his number one strategy is to create fear in those walking through the valley of the shadow of death.
Fear opens the door for him to devour. The three things you must do are as follows.
1. Have the right attitude during a time of crisis which is to count it all joy remembering murmuring and complaining is the sound of weakness that draws the attention of the enemy to its prey. Rejoice because you have the victory and God is going to take the initiative of the enemy and produce something unprecedented.
2. Make sure you are in contact with information from someone or people who have gone ahead of you. Tenacity is important but not enough. The right information is crucial, knowing what to do.
Apostle Peter said the younger should during these times, submit themselves to elders. The point he was making by the Holy Spirit was that the elders are those who have gone through same sufferings and are partakers of the glory which came out of it so they know things for they have been taught by the Lord. The information they have gleaned is crucial to those coming behind. So I will say, read read read with a deep sense of humility.
3. Finally, cast your care upon the Lord. The very thing satan is threatening you with, place it in the hands of the Lord, and continually declare his promise so as to eliminate every thought of anxiety and image of a wrong outcome. Things are never as bad as the enemy is escalating it to be in your mind.
