No one has the moral right to spread into public space negative impressions about another if you lack the courage to speak alone with the person.
What you do in effect is to allow a root of bitterness in you to defile (lower the standard of living) of many.
The question every wise person should ask those who bring “bitterness” to your doorstep is, “have you spoken with him or her in private about this”.
You can be angry but deal with it and don’t spread it.
