Do not allow the desire to be polite cause your life to be damaged. What enters your heart will determine the course of your life. Things get in through the eye-gate and ear-gate. Freedom of speech shouldn’t be denied anyone but you also have a right to choose who and what you hear.
If someone is perpetually negative leaving you always discouraged and disillusioned about things, they are simply making it way more difficult to get favourable outcomes in your life. Switch off that tap of negativity from its source.
