My advise to young ministers, communication is key to your success in ministry. Never with your teachings try to show people how deep you are but how simple the knowledge of Christ is. In your private study acquire depth but translate that in public ministry in all simplicity. Never get behind the pulpit to prove a point but to be a blessing to people.
Public ministry is about the people ?. Private time is for God but once you enter into the public square your impact is based on how well you can translate the wisdom of God in absorbable quantities.
