People want to hear about the possibilities that exist in their future and not about the past they can no longer change. They want to hear solutions about what they are facing today, things they care about and not about your grievances.

A major sign of maturity is the ability to remain objective when in a debate with someone whose ideology or actions you may vehemently oppose.
